By purchasing, you confirm that you are a licensed professional authorized to purchase, handle, and administer topical anesthetic products in your jurisdiction.

3. Age & Professional Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. Sambria Co. reserves the right to request proof of licensure or professional credentials at any time. Orders suspected of being placed by unlicensed individuals may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

4. Account Registration

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@sambriaco.com.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with pricing errors. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped according to the terms outlined on our Shipping page. Sambria Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier pickup.
